Perth Angels held their annual angel investor breakfast with special guests at the iconic Optus Stadium on 14 October 2020 with a sit down breakfast with members of the investing community. The Hon. Minister Dave Kelly opened the event, with Master of Ceremonies (and local AFL hero) Matthew Pavlich guided the event agenda which included a keynote address by Katharine Giles (Venture Partner at Brandon Capital Partners and Executive Director and CEO of OncoRes Medical) followed by a panel discussion with Q&A comprising noteworthy guests including Kanopy Founder, Olivia Humphrey. Accompanied by sensational views of our City and Swan River, the event provide a high-level perspective on what’s possible in the Perth startup and early stage investment ecosystem and beyond. The breakfast was a fantastic success, underpinned by our expert Master of Ceremonies (and local AFL hero) Matthew Pavlich! Contracted through Pickstar, Matthew guided the event agenda and made everyone feel they were part of a big conversation.
