Very pleasant and easy process of ordering and receiving a shout out from the legend, John Bowe. A few clicks and it's done. The delivery was quick and the video message itself is such a warm and friendly greeting and will make a wonderful addition to my hubby's milestone birthday surprise. When they had trouble delivering the file through the usual channel, Ashley from Pickstar worked with me to get it delivered ASAP and an easy solution was found. Thanks again for a terrific experience. I'll definitely be using Pickstar again.
