Pickstar was initially confusing to use. I wasn’t sure how to set up my video greeting. But, perhaps I was just having a “senior moment” 🤷♀️. I did get it happening relatively easily. I received the video within two days which was great. I was just a tiny bit disappointed that my “greeter” did not make reference to the information I had supplied re an essay my son had written about said greeter 27 years ago! However, he did wish my son a very happy birthday and I’m sure he will like it on the day
