The booking process was good but it has been really hard understanding what we can and can't say and show of Vanessa as a paralympian, we still don't know how we can promote her and whether we can show her on a poster or video in olympic uniform, no one seems to be able to give an answer. This is the info we expected from Pickstar up front written in a guide so we can plan out posts and marketing content, we have been left to contact the olympic committee ourselves which is taking quite a long time and making it quite hard.
