My guinea pigs absolutely love this company's hay – it's always of very high quality. Shipping is always lightning-fast, and delivery is consistently smooth (when I ordered from another company via Amazon, the delivery service lost 10 kg of hay). The prices reflect the quality and are very reasonable. On one occasion when I wasn’t completely satisfied, they handled the issue very kindly, earning themselves a loyal customer in the process. I've already spent over £100 with them and will continue as long as I have little ones to feed hay to. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
