Really pleased with the service from PocketWatch .
I called as I had a question about the engraving and they were very helpful. It’s a joy to speak to a real person after a few rings without being held in a queue.
They were happy to accommodate my request which was fulfilled within 24 hours and despatched to my grandson.
It is a beautiful pocket watch in a presentation case complete with a chain at a very competitive price . Really pleased and would recommend.
