Great customer experience throughout. I felt PPT have a personal touch and dealing with one person throughout the process - Emmanuel - felt there was consistency and care. I haven’t yet received my power pack but have already been notified by Post Iffice that it is in transit. Seamless process start to finish. Highly recommend.
