Hello James, I just wanted to email you again to say a massive thank you for the outstanding service you have shown in rectifying my damaged battery charger. I received the replacement charger today thank you, which as you explained looks to be of a better specification so will hopefully serve me well. So many companies today are quick to take your money, but quickly shy away when problems arise, the fact that you not only replaced my faulty charger, but also upgraded it with no quibbles whatsoever speaks volumes of the type of company you are, and l for one shall be using and recommending you to others in the future.
