I was going to pack my solar system build in as it was a bit much for me to do and understand in 2023. Then i found Portable Power Technology i give them a call and told them what i wanted to build and what i had to start my build. I got put through to the technical team and Ryan was a very big help. Ryan told me i needed to change my 30A battery charger as it would not work well with the battery bank i was building . Ryan told me i needed a 90A battery charger for my 1040Ah battery bank so i went with Ryan's choice of battery chargers and picked up a Portable Power Technology Premium battery charger at a Amazing price. And the charger come the next day. I had to call customer service again about my battery cables to check if i had the right cable for my battery bank. I had the right cable so that was good. Again the technical team come to my rescue. Ryan told me i had to keep the cables to link the batteries together all the same length. I am so happy i called customer service as i did not know this and would of cut my cables wrong to link my batteries together. My solar system is now up and running thanks to the team at Portable Power Technology Thank you. I had a problem with my premium battery charger remote control LCD had the charger for over 1 year. I called customer services about this. They put me through to the technical team i told them what was happening they put it down to the remote control. They sent me a new remote control and new cable free of charge and it come the next day. The quality of service was Amazing and this shows they look after their customers. I highly recommend Portable Power Technology if your like me and know nowt about solar system builds. I have now learned a lot about solar system builds after building this one.
