First time customer. Very satisfied with the quick service. I made a mistake with quantity and it was quickly corrected before delivery through signed delivery through Royal Mail and refunded in two days. H.Samuels and DX SECURE who totally messed up my order (still waiting for their refund since 6 working days). Why pay a premium for bad customer support for a high street brand when its cheaper and faster service with a online reputed brand.
