Pro team, they only do hair transplantation, so there is a good level of expertise. THe doctor is calm and took his time talking to me on the day. Overall I'm happy with what they did, this was significantly cheaper than at home and very easy to arrange. The only thing that could be improved on is the transfer service - I had to pay extra to be picked up from Kas.
