The service is very good, maybe even a little over the top. For instance i received a text message asking me if I was pleased with the report even before I reviewed it online to see what I had and then when I closed the online report I was asked if I was pleased with the report. I was a little surprised to find out this is now a pay-service, I guess funding wasn't quite keeping up with the bills.
