Proto-Col is a game changer and I'm thankful I came across their products. I'm taking vitamin D3, Osteo+ and Pure Collagen capsules. My life has begun again and movement is returning to my once useless body and system. I can move, I can bend down AND get back up, I can getvin/ out of the bath. As a disabled pensioner I truly believed my life was over, how wrong was I at nearly 71!!.
