1. Did not tell us the change of venue
2.paid for premier seats and were ignored
3. Menu was suppose to be 4 courses and was only 2
4. Allowed non paying customers into the bar halfway thru show
5. Show quality was lip sync and terrible sound.
6. Promised pictures never appeared
