I love adding this to smoothies, yogurt, etc. Or when I am really in a bind 8 ounces of water and a scoop shaken up and drank on the go. I love that it mixes well but most importantly all the clean ingredients and probiotics! This is my favorite protein assistant I have found to date when I need to fix the gaps in my daily intake.
