I've been taking the Protein powder for a long time now and it's definitely made a difference, one I could feel within days of starting it. With my last order I was given a tub of the Real Meal which I have used when I needed a quick and easy meal and I like it. I was also given some of your Digest product and that also has made a real difference for me--I'll be ordering some of that when my sample runs out.
