The chocolate real meal is a great product. Many reviews touch on the flavor, but I find mixing it with chocolate almond milk is perfect. I even add a dash of cold brew coffee concentrate for a mocha flavor. I never know when I'll be able to take lunch, but this holds me over throughout the morning. Glad I found it.
