I am a 70 year old male and have been using Pure Food Vanilla protein powder in my daily blueberry smoothies now for several years. It has been such a blessing for me and my health! I have felt great, lost a few pounds and don’t get hungry for 5-6 hours after my smoothie. I look forward to it every morning. I had previously tried some other brands that upset my stomach before I found the Pure Food brand and I’m so glad that I did!
