Hi Scott,
I received my Pure Food Real Meal Vegan Protein Replacement Powder in quick order. However, when reading the ingredient label, I found it included MCT powder, which, as a type 1 diabetic, is not recommended. I gave the unopened package to my son, a longtime body builder, and have yet to hear back from him as to how he likes it.
