I have no hesitation in encouraging the use this product. I have seen Qiara work what seems like magic on fretful windy babies, pesky eczema like sores on babies ears and cannot talk highly enough of the benefits for re-establishing gut balance in both mothers and babies. As we learn more it's use I believe will increase. Thank you
