I took Qiara as had a c-section and was on antibiotics for a number of weeks due to complications. I started taking Qiara as soon as I finished my antibiotics course. I assumed I’d have adverse reactions post antibiotics, but I didn’t have any. My baby is now 3 months old and we haven’t been sick yet. Think daily Qiara could has helped this!
