I purchased Qiara because I had a baby, now toddler who suffers horrendously from wind pain and stomach discomfort. Within 2 days of starting Qiara, we were able to stop using Infants Friend every night. I think in the 4 or 5 months we've been using Qiara daily, we've had a couple of night with a bit of trapped wind but I'm happy to say it's been a godsend for our family. Sleep deprivation no longer and our toddler has also managed to avoid all the nasty bugs that have gone through her day care room too. Would definitely recommend Qiara.
