Originally drawn to your Jams for a high tea I was organizing. Saw the seedless jams and just had to order them for my Dad. He won't eat jams with seeds and was thrilled at having jams he could eat. They are delicious. The apple and rose jelly was a memory throw back to my childhood. Mum making Apple jelly and straining it through muslim material for hours. I was impressed with the relishes we bought as well. We used the beetroot relish on finger sandwiches with brie and chicken when someone forgot to get cranberry sauce. Many compliments from the high tea guests. I am enjoying the zucchini relish on toast but imagine it would be amazing with corned beef. The onion jam was nice. It didn't really stand out against the other different relishes. If it had been the only one we bought, I'm sure I would have been raving about it. All in all, we were very impressed.
