Our Christmas menu included a Partridge Pear and Pomegranate Salad, whose dressing was flavoured with the Quince and Rosewater preserve, Turkey basted with Christmas Jam, and Ham basted with Seville and Campari marmalade, and a Buche de Noel whose filling consisted of stewed fresh cherries, rum soaked chestnuts, and Cherry and Pepper jam. Each Quincey Jones preserve was delicious, and lifted our culinary adventures to another level! The fruit with which they are bursting is allowed its full flavour expression because they are not too sweet.. We'll definitely buy more.
