Purchased pineapple jam as I grew up in Queensland and it was a common spread that is no longer on the market, IXL was the brand we always had. So when I saw that you were making pineapple jam I couldn’t wait to get some. Took me back ……it’s as good as I remember. Maybe even better, thank you for making this, I love it.
