So sorry not to comment earlier as I have been away. I will rate a comment as soon as I see a refund put into my Pay Pal Account. It look's as though it is in the too hard basket. This is a series matter. I have done all the right things by you. Your product was faulty. The plane never flu. By law, I am entitled to a refund. I did request it to put into my Pay Pal account and there is no refund there. Thanking You. Peter Walsh
