Very disappointed at after sales customer service. I have purchased quite a few items from RCMA. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had with a spektrum product. This plane engine failure and smoke from around cowling, this was within 5 secs of testing this new plane out of the box at 10% engine power then I increased to 50%. Booom smoke and failure. Now RCMA always dodge the issue using the manufacturer as the easy out to deflect there responsibilities. I didn’t pay my money for this plane directly to the manufacturer. I paid RCMA. This is going to be pretty.
