Being a new customer from interstate,(Adelaide) I found the staff very friendly, helpful and most of all very courteous, which is hard to find these days. As for the model, I bought a typical Australian farm windmill, which is very accurately represented. RCMA posted the article the next day, and it arrived 3 days later, not bad for AP. All in all they have a new and happy customer on their books. Keep up the good work.
