Simple to set up and easy to use. I have the RebootsGo so I’m more flexible and can use on the hoof if I’m competing (Powerlifting). Have been using each evening before bed as a wind down, relax my muscles and flush my lymphatic system. Saves me time too if I cannot fit in sports massage. Read a book, meditate or watch telly whilst Reboots does the biz. Love it 🥰
