It is a really nice product and I can feel to the boots make a real impact on the recovery. There are many programs with different levels which makes the massage very customisable. My only con, to say something is the lack of marks in the boots themselves to know a bit more whether you adjusted them correctly, either at the start or at the end of each boot would be nice to have some indications to determine if they are worn appropriately
