Received my parcel 4 days before a marathon, reached my marathon PB and used reboots (Recovery jump program) after marathon, then in the evening, twice next day + 1x time on 3rd day. All I can say - legs feel 90% recovered on 4th day!!! This is a must have for long distance runner with a weekly volume 80-100miles+
