I bought a Sabatier small knife from Remgent. It took about 3-4 days from start to finish and really well wrapped. The knife is great. I had a couple about 30 years ago and that was why I needed to replace this one. It is really sharp so if you are thinking of getting one, go careful when getting it out the box! Mine is put back in after use!
