I ordered an egg poacher and the very next day a friend face be one as a gift. I ran Remgent to see if I could cancel. The young man said it had already been dispatched but to return it. I was very happy to receive a message to say he had cancelled it and refunded me. Excellent service and I will certainly use you in the future.
