I ordered a t-shirt from Retro Clasico on 21st May. It's now 10th July and I still don't have the t-shirt. I've sent them six emails, messaged them on Facebook and also tried replying to their posts on social media. They sent me one email where they said they'd look for the tracking number, and since then they've completely ignored me. I understand that they're a small company and things can get lost in the mail from time to time, but to just ignore their customers really says a lot about the type of people they are. I've also noticed from reading comments on Facebook that other people are having similar issues. At worst they're a scam organisation. At best they're just completely incompetent and rubbish at communicating.
