I ordered a phone case on the 14th December, I had an email saying it had been dispatched on the 21st December. It is now 5th February, still no sign of it and I have send numerous emails trying to chase up the whereabouts of it, of which I am getting no response. I have just escalated to PayPal.
I have ordered from Retro Clasico in the past and, bar one late delivery, I haven’t had any issues. I will not be using them again after this though.
Very poor customer experience.
