Awful service. I ordered a personalised mug and four coasters before Christmas from Retro Clasico. The mug came very quickly whereas the coasters did not arrive. I emailed asking why this was, and I was told it was because of issues with the printers. I received an email stating the ordered had been resent. 8/9 weeks later the coasters have still not arrived. I sent another email asking why this was and I received no response. Horrendous service. Do not use
