I bought the bag for my wife. Unfortunately a panel of wood was coming away which we'll have to glue back, and the mirror inside the lid was cracked - I can't see how that could have happened in transit as the mirror is stuck inside the lid and it was well packed. Quality control not the best perhaps?
On the plus side my wife loves it, isn't too bothered about the mirror as she wouldn't use it, and doesn't want to go through the hassle of returning it as we can re-glue the panel.
