Despite saying 3-5 days for delivery I was still waiting for my order from 12th January. I replied to your email when you asked for a review and I received a phone call immediately. Having assumed the parcel had been lost you are kindly sending out a replacement. I’ve used your company before and have always been happy but your excellent customer service today deserves a mention.
