Disappointed with purchase and customer service. Bought what I believed was a new dress, but when I went to wear it for the first time, the lining was heavily creased as if someone had been sitting in it. When I raised concerns about whether I’d been sold a pre-owned item, staff checked and said it was described as ‘fresh.’ Customer service couldn’t clarify if ‘fresh’ means the same as ‘new’ and sent me back to the shop. After weeks of back-and-forth, no satisfactory resolution was provided. Expected better transparency about product condition and more helpful customer service. Will never shop at Rixo again and would definitely not recommend it.
