It simply doesn’t work. I explained my car had an IR window but was assured that was no issue. On receipt it didn’t work. The only suggestion was to use the small area of un protected screen. But , as I had explained, this area is directly in drivers view and already has a tag in it. Not fit for purpose on reflective screens
