Very disappointed. I had my Road Angel Pure One for 13 days when it went wrong. It was delivered to Road Angel on 31st October and I had to wait until 22nd November for a repaired unit to be returned and thentheysaythatmywarranty won't be extended for the time Road Angel had it. Very poor customer service. After 13 days use good customer service would despatch a new unit by return. I have been a loyal Road Angel customer for many years from the Gem to the Pure which I only replaced with a Pure One because after many years of service my Pure finally died . This leaves me most disappointed.
