Ordered a Magic the Gathering product from Rogue Games but it turned out the product that was shown on their website was not what arrived. The error was realised and admitted by Rogue who provided the offer of a refund. This still meant having to waste my time so overall this wasn't a great first purchase experiance. Only positive was the contact from customer services who tied to resolve.
