I have purchased from Rootlab 3 times now. In my first order I brought sawdust spawn, this that had initially said on the webpage that it took 45 days to inoculate, but when I went back to confirm this detail then the information was no longer on the website and I hadn't receive any emails indicating this process had began after purchasing, only that they received my order. I spoke to customer service who confirmed the 45 day period and that inoculation have began. As a beginner who was moving past fruiting blocks, not being able to confirm the length of the process was slightly confusing however, since this occasion they have implemented an email that informs you the inoculation process had began. This shows they listen to customer feedback, and I greatly appreciate this.
