I have made 2 orders now and am very happy with everything from fast delivery times, a great customer support for any questions or issues you may have, reasonably priced, and quality products. I'm happy with the pre-made jars and lids for LC/grain, and the pre sterilized grain bags to make things a bit quicker and easier while getting used to a new technique. No need for a PC until you're ready to invest in one if you're just starting out. My second order was partially damaged by Australia Post in transit. They were extremely helpful and happy to replace any damaged items in a timely manner, despite it not being their fault. They have another happy return customer that will be back for many orders to come. Highly recommended, especially when just starting out!
