The product arrived a day later than the courier text message stated (UPS), but this wasn't really an issue at the moment! It was well packaged, however when I went to twist the top of the hand pump to open, it flew off! I couldn't get it back on and was squishing out more hand sanitiser in the process, so I had to empty all the hand sanitiser into another used soap dispenser that I was about to recycle. The product itself is good, but the dispenser let it down. Maybe this was just a dud bottle, but you may want to check in case other customers have a similar experience?
