They have sent me an Email to withdraw my assets within a short period of time, but my assets are frozen (cannot sell and exchange them for other cryptos) and can not withdraw because their platform has been in maintenance mode for months so i can not withdraw my money, When i send message to the client service, the same thing is being said to me which was~: "please be patient. We have redirected your message. How can somebody be patient for almost a year in crypto market with this volatility not having control over her/his assets? I don't need them for anything anymore because SEEKRAIL.COM have even secured all my investment money back to my banks.
