The product I wanted was dispatched quickly at a fair price. It would have been helpful to have the trainer width indicated clearly on the website, to be more confident about the purchase. Always pleased to purchase from a smaller retailer. Nice to get a hand-written note in with the delivery. I think that personal touch is important. I have bought two more pairs of trainers from this company since my original purchase. Will make them my first stop for on-line orders.
