Most transactions these days are done online and you tend to get very little interaction with a company. On this occasion I had to speak to them about a matter and found them to be incredibly helpful and efficient, keeping their word etc. The product I ordered was with me in a couple of days as promised, what more could you ask for!? It’s the personal touch you get from dealing with small businesses which makes you want to use them again and again. I received a little hand written note with my product which had been personalised so not just a printed item shoved in the parcel.
