I ordered some beautiful shoes in the sale, they came so quickly, wonderfully packaged and even with a handwritten note and sweets! (Lovely touch). I realised I’d ordered the wrong size.. it was so easy to send them back, and the new pair came faster than the first! Couldn’t recommend them enough really :)
