Quick despatch, a hand written note on packing slip (something no one - apart from me and a handful of firms - does these days) and a packet of free sweets too. Only misstep was when having to return item (didn’t fit. Product was ace though), the nice guy on the helpline could do nothing but direct me to the website. But the website and returns process was easy enough. Will use again.
